I also give keynotes, presentations, and workshops on engaging and implementing the New Media successfully.I also do specifically Catholic speaking gigs. I love speaking about the Bible, the New Evangelization, the Sacraments, as well as how to successfully employ the New Media within ministry and apostolate work. For that, I have created a separate website at CarsonWeber.org.
You'll notice that many of the sites I design are Christian, and to be even more specific: Catholic. This is because I've been around the block when it comes to Jesus and his Holy Church. My wife and I are deeply in love with Jesus, and we absolutely love living out this relationship within the Catholic Church, which is twenty times more awesome than the mainstream media would have you believe.
Rebecca and I are parents to two wonderful daughters: Thérèse Mary Grace and Bernadette Mary Clare, and our son, John Paul Augustine, is getting ready to be born. Just so you know, your web design & hosting bills pay for diapers, air conditioning, gas, minivan repairs, cereal, and yup, even an occasional visit to In-N-Out Burger.
I earned my B.B.A. in Information Systems from Texas A&M University and my M.A. in Theology & Christian Ministry from Franciscan University of Steubenville. I've worked as an assistant to Dr. Scott Hahn, as a Director of Adult Formation & Evangelization for St. Mary Parish in Brenham, TX, as the Director of Evangelization for the Diocese of Sacramento, and as the Associate Director for New Media Evangelization for the Diocese of Sacramento. I'm now a full-time self-employed entrepreneur, and I love it.
I have a passion for web design and caring for websites. I enjoy employing social media integration, search engine optimization, cross-browser compatibility, usability improvements through the use of jQuery & CSS, and implementing custom Adobe Fireworks designs into the Drupal CMS framework.
